Lasting Powers of Attorney

Without a valid Will you cannot control who will inherit your money or property after your death. We feel it is important that every adult should make a Will. This will then enable your appointed executive to obtain the Grant of Probate which is the process of proving the validity of the will and the Executor's authority to manage your money and property.

Should the need arise for you to authorise someone of your choice to deal with your affairs, or should you under any circumstances become unable to do so, we can prepare a Lasting Power of Attorney to safeguard your interests
